Make sure you’re able to receive Hyperion Financial emails and market alerts in your primary inbox.

To ensure proper delivery of Hyperion Financial emails to your inbox, first try these two universal steps:

1. Add our sender address to your address book or ‘safe list’:
   Make sure you add [email protected] and [email protected] to your email contacts.
2. Email your ISP / Provider:
   Tell them you need to whitelist the delivery domains icontact.com, app.icontact.com, and hypfin.com.

Detailed Instructions by Email Provider:

Yahoo Mail:

1. Open your Yahoo mailbox.
2. Click the Mail Options or Settings link near the top right.
3. Click Filters → Add Filter.
4. In the top row labeled From header, select contains.
5. Enter [email protected].
6. At the bottom, select Inbox from the ‘Move message to’ menu → click Save.

MSN / Hotmail / Outlook:

1. Log in to your Hotmail or Outlook account.
2. Click the Settings gear icon → View all Outlook settings.
3. Select Mail → Junk email.
4. Under Safe senders and domains, add hypfin.com and hyperionfinancial.com → click Save.

AOL Mail:

1. Go to your AOL contacts.
2. Click New Contact and enter [email protected].
3. Save the contact to ensure all future emails land in your inbox.

Apple Mail (macOS & iOS):

1. Open any email from Hyperion Financial.
2. Click the sender name at the top → select Add to Contacts or Add to VIPs.
